At WSA-Ecosondas, we maintain an extensive inventory comprising over 5,000 ultrasound transducer models. This allows us to provide our exclusive "Probe Loan Service" (*), in which we offer you an ultrasound probe of the same model and brand while we perform the repair of your probe (subject to availability).

From our customer service team, we will initially coordinate the shipment of a loaner probe to your location. Once you receive it, we will proceed to collect your faulty probe and send it to our Technical Department and Laboratory. Here, we will conduct a Check-In analysis to assess the condition of the faulty probe. Based on this analysis, we will prepare either a repair quote or a replacement quote for the faulty probe.

(*) It is important to note that this service, which incurs no additional cost, is exclusive to repair quotes. The customer will have a period of 3 business days to inform us of the next steps.
